SHIPPING INFORMATION: Our packages are sent using USPS, priority (2-3 days) or express (overnight). Please note that if this is a gift, add in the name of the recipient with the shipping address. Any added information, like allergies or wanting your baked goods dairy free, please note in the "shipping" comments section. If this is being shipped to a business, please let me know so it doesn't arrive on a saturday.
Cold Shipping packages are sent Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday only. Unless you're in MA.
Your food is made fresh to order and it will be ready between 1-3 days, with a few days for shipping. You can expect it within a week from placing your order. Unless, of course, you are rushing it for a special day.

We're 98% Paleo!
We are proud to announce that we make all of our products with paleo ingredients such as almond flour, coconut flour, grass-fed butter, coconut oil, coconut milk and honey. If you see sugar in the ingredient list, please note that it's in the white chocolate only.
That's where the 2% went to. Delicious chocolate. For our dairy-free customers we have dairy-free substitutions available for all products (except sampler packs) at no extra cost. For our vegan customers, check out the cookies. Every product is naturally gluten-free. Please call us or email us to customize your order.

The White Lion Baking Company, a residential kitchen, based in Mashpee MA, creates great tasting all natural savory and sweet baked goods to serve the gluten-free, grain-free, paleo, primal, low-carb/low GI and diabetic communities around Boston and beyond. We are unique in that all of our products are grain-free! Our motto is "We Make Healthy Taste Great!"
Unlike other gluten-free bakeries, we use only the highest quality blanched almond and coconut flours to replace wheat flour and other nutritionally empty, gluten-free flours commonly found in gluten-free products to make treats that both taste great and are packed with nutrition. We use only raw honey to sweeten our products. Honey is much lower in fructose than sweetners such as agave nectar and is lower on the Glycemic Index than refined sugar and at the same time has more sweetening power, so you don't need to use as much to get the same sweet taste. That means eating our products will not raise your blood sugar like refined sugar does. That's great news for low carb dieters, and those following a low GI diet! Our baked goods are:
- Low in refined sugar
- High in Protein
- High in fiber
- Low in carbs and low GI
- High in vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and healthy mono-unsaturated fats.

How to Order:
To order our goods choose one of the following options:
1. Call us at 774-228-2946 and we'll take your order over the phone with a credit card. You can arrange to pick up at our location or have a courier pick it up and deliver to you. Due to high volume, we cannot make deliveries.
2. Order directly under each individual product tab here on the website and we'll ship your goodies to you.
3. Email us at whitelionbakingco@gmail.com with your order and phone number and we'll call you to finalize the order.
