SHIPPING INFORMATION: Our packages are sent using USPS, priority (2-3 days) or express (overnight). Please note that if this is a gift, add in the name of the recipient with the shipping address. Any added information, like allergies or wanting your baked goods dairy free, please note in the "shipping" comments section. If this is being shipped to a business, please let me know so it doesn't arrive on a saturday.
Cold Shipping packages are sent Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday only. Unless you're in MA.
Your food is made fresh to order and it will be ready between 1-3 days, with a few days for shipping. You can expect it within a week from placing your order. Unless, of course, you are rushing it for a special day.

Our products are grain-free, gluten-free, refined sugar free, free of processed high-omega-6 vegetable oils and low in lactose. For those with a casein allergy or moderate to severe lactose intolerance our cookies, crackers and many of our cakes can also be made completely dairy free (and even nut-free and egg-free!) We bake with both almond flour and coconut flour so if you have a nut allergy we can substitute coconut flour. Almost any item can be made dairy-free upon request.
