SHIPPING INFORMATION: Our packages are sent using USPS, priority (2-3 days) or express (overnight). Please note that if this is a gift, add in the name of the recipient with the shipping address. Any added information, like allergies or wanting your baked goods dairy free, please note in the "shipping" comments section. If this is being shipped to a business, please let me know so it doesn't arrive on a saturday.
Cold Shipping packages are sent Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday only. Unless you're in MA.
Your food is made fresh to order and it will be ready between 1-3 days, with a few days for shipping. You can expect it within a week from placing your order. Unless, of course, you are rushing it for a special day.

Savory Bread Rolls, Buns, and Biscuits
There's a side of the White Lion that likes his savory grain-free baked goods, too. These are savory almond-flour biscuits, buns and crackers that will satisfy the most discerning of bread lovers with flavors that will leave you wanting for nothing. Our biscuits and buns are moist and bread-y, deliciously flavored and highly satisfying. They are high in protein, fiber, and heart-healthy mono-unsaturated fats and very low in carbs (about 3-4g effective carbs per bun - amazing!!) Paleo, gluten-free, low carb and GAPS eaters aswell as those following a low-GI diet can enjoy these without guilt!Please note that all our buns, except for the Parmesan Herb Biscuit and the Jalapeno-Cheddar Bun, are completely dairy-free! Our special recipe doesn't skimp on flavor, though, and you'll wonder how we did it. If you have any questions please call us at 774-228-2946 and we'll be happy to answer.
Our buns store well for up to a week in the refrigerator and freeze well for up to 3 months. To serve just remove from the freezer and heat gently in the oven or split and toast and serve with butter.

Cheddar, Onion and Jalapeno Buns
Gluten-free and grain-free! The first White Lion bun that can be used as sandwich bread or a burger bun! Featuring a light yet moist texture and the wonderful savory flavors of aged cheddar cheese, red onions and fresh jalapeno, these buns will satisfy any craving for bread or rolls! The jalapeno peppers add a fresh kick of flavor! These store well in the freezer - pull a few out as needed. Each bun is approx 5" in diameter (twice the size of our regular buns). Excellent filled with smoked turkey, cheddar and mayo as a sandwich or wrapped around a burger. These can also be made "kid-friendly" (i.e.: without jalapeno or onion) upon request.
Store covered and refrigerated for up to 5 days. To serve, simply heat for a few minutes in a 350 degree oven or toast in a conventional toaster or toaster oven.
