SHIPPING INFORMATION: Our packages are sent using USPS, priority (2-3 days) or express (overnight). Please note that if this is a gift, add in the name of the recipient with the shipping address. Any added information, like allergies or wanting your baked goods dairy free, please note in the "shipping" comments section. If this is being shipped to a business, please let me know so it doesn't arrive on a saturday.

Cold Shipping packages are sent Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday only. Unless you're in MA.

Your food is made fresh to order and it will be ready between 1-3 days, with a few days for shipping. You can expect it within a week from placing your order. Unless, of course, you are rushing it for a special day.

I received my shipment last week. All breads and rolls in the Sampler were absolutely delcious!The pie crust was also incredible. Having a gluten allergy as well as following a strict Paleo diet, it is difficult to find bread and baked goods that are moist, taste good and make you feel like you are not missing out! What a great cake! I ordered a gluten-free, casein-free chocolate cake with chocolate icing for my husband's birthday (he cannot eat gluten or dairy, except eggs are ok) and it was fabulous! This is one of the best cakes I have ever had --- very moist, rich and delicious. People who are not gf/cf would not even know that it was unless you told them. On top of that, Elena and John were very helpful, friendly, and accommodating when I called to place the order. I highly recommend this bakery not just to people who cannot eat gluten and casein but to everyone!

We've become true believers in the grain-free, paleo, low carb healthy lifestyle & can't seem to stock enough almond butter & almond flour. Since you've read Wolf & Cordain & Taubes, check out Primal Body, Primal Mind by Nora Gedgaudas, if you haven't already read it.

I have just sampled the products from white lion, and they were great! The cookies were the best thing ive tried since goin paleo. Biscuits and crackers were just as good! Nice to have these things again. And very resonably priced and the people are great to deal with. Will definatley order more soon!!!!!

My mother and a friend live gluten-free, and I recently purchased a number of cookies and other treats from White Lion on a weekend when they came to visit. I got some samplers, and some cup cakes.

The cookies were spectacular - as my mother put it, these were the first gluten-free cookies she's had that have a real-cookie feel. They aren't dry or dusty, they have a great taste. We tried five different cookies, and they are all (even the ones we expected not to like) the best gluten-free cookies we've ever had. Personally, as a non-gluten-free person, I'd still say they were some of the best cookies I've ever had. I'd only put one or two non-gluten-free cookies in the same category, and I'm honestly not sure which I like better. Perhaps it's time for a taste test!

The crackers we ate, we liked the flavors. The textures were a little odd at first, but both gluten-free members of my tasting team thought the textures of the crackers were fine. Again, as the non-gluten-free taster, I found them to be pretty tasty, and the texture was not unappealing. It was surprising at first, but unlike other gluten-free things I've eaten with my mother in the past, I got used to it and over it by the time I'd had three of the crackers. By the end, I'd have happily eaten the ones that tasted like Cheez-Its instead of the real thing, and I am entirely certain these are not only much less unhealthy, but may even be actively good for me. Which is pretty awesome.

We didn't have a toaster with us for the biscuits, and none of us are particularly huge biscuit fans in general, so I don't think our thoughts on the biscuits are entirely valid. Personally, I thought they were among the better biscuits I've had, and if a friend said "I want some good biscuits" I'd likely get 'em from White Lion. I just don't know anyone who actually wants biscuits...

We also got some carrot cake cupcakes. My mother said they were very nice for a gluten free cakey product. I couldn't even tell they weren't just classic carrot cake, and I liked them quite a bit.

All in all, if I woke up with a gluten allergy tomorrow, I'd be a regular customer. As it is, I'll likely buy cookies and maybe some cupcakes whenever my gluten-free friends or family come to visit. My mother said she'd order cookies delivered to her house in Seattle, if you guys can ship there, and requested that you sell all your products to Whole Foods to distribute around the country (but specifically to Seattle :) ).

Thanks, we loved having the taste test, and look forward to eating a bunch more cookies in the future. :)

My husband and I love your baked goods. They make wonderful Paleo cheat treats! The cookies we eat with a spoon of homemade whipped cream. Both cookies and biscuits we bake 350 in the toaster oven for about 1.5 min and then add butter to the biscuits. The baked treats are nice post-workout.

The plain biscuits are amazing as well as the dark chocolate walnut cookies. They fill you up right away. We are in love with white lion Gluten-Free Bakery company it is great for the paleo diet. We cannot love your products any more!!!

Stumbled across this place on vacation. The first and only truly Paleo friendly treats I've found. They were incredible. My wife expected them to taste weird, but you truly couldn't tell that it wasn't a regular cupcake or cookie. We had the cupcakes, cookies, and donut muffins - they were all amazing!

I just ate the most WONDERFUL Parisian Dijon biscuits. In fact, I ate three in a row! I am gluten-free, dairy-free, and have found gluten free baked goods untasty, and the alternative grains often irritating to my system almost as much as wheat. It feels like eons since I have had a yummy baked good until today. The smoky paprika crackers are also super tasty. My husband, who is not gf/df, tried the cheddar crackers and declared them fantastic. I cannot wait to try more.

Sent some cookies, crackers and breads to my daughter in LA who has celiac disease...and she loved them. As she said it is very hard to find good gluten free breads...and this was "awesome".

Since the Beginning of this year I had to take gluten of my diet and I'm exited everytime I see gluten free products.

I recently received some of your bakery products from a relative from Boston. One taste and I had to write to say YUM YUM YUM. The Double Chocolate Fantasy and Cranberry Walnut Cravings cookies were so moist and delicious. I didn’t even share them with my family. Great Job! You should think about expanding into South Texas. We do like our cookies!!

Everything that comes out of White Lion's kitchen is amazing! I've had the chance to consume the Double Chocolate fantasy cookies and the Cheddar Cheese & Onion Biscuits, yum!
I'm a very picker eater, and I usually find healthy cookies to be tasteless as well. But these cookies had me wanting more, and I don't even have a sensitivity to gluten! They tasted soft and chewy, like right out of the oven, even after being refrigerated.

My family ordered and ate a carrot cake for Passover. Unanimously, we were blown over by the taste and texture of the cake. All adults loved it and the younger generation all of whom have celiac disease also loved it.
The cookies which were gratis were also totally delicious. Thank you so much.

White Lion goods are amazingly delicious and it is good to know they are healthful. I loved every baked good I tried! You can taste the fine quality and natural flavors of ingredients used in each product.

These products are extremely desirable to any diet-conscious person, but most certainly to any person who has a dietary restrictions or needs for the nutritious ingredients provided in all White Lion baked goods!

I recommend them for flavor and satisfaction and for their delicious health qualities!!!
